What does the registration fee cover?

Registration fee includes:
*host family arrangements
*administrative costs and publicity
*local transportation (unless otherwise noted)

What does the registration fee not cover?

You are responsible to pay for:
*transportation to and from the tour location, unless otherwise indicated
*meals while sightseeing
*admission fees to attractions listed under each tour, unless otherwise indicated.

Can I get my money back if I cancel?

The registration fee is refundable less administrative costs (25%). 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if the tour is canceled due to lack of sufficient interest. All schedules are tentative. IFM reserves the right to change schedules due to weather or other conditions, or cancel a tour if necessary. The tour cost increases after the first deadline.

Can I be sure I will have a host family?

We only have a limited number of host families for each tour. Once space runs out, registration for the tour will close regardless of the deadline date.  So, REGISTER as EARLY as possible to ensure a space in the tour. Late applications will be considered ONLY if space is available.

What if I prefer not to stay with a host family?

A hotel option is possible, at your expense. Contact us about price differences. You will also be responsible for your meals.
